Ciello Baby products that is covered via warranty has a duration of 12 months factory fault, return and on-site repairs commencing from the day of delivery.

Repairs or replacements has a lead time of 3-7 working days, whereby collection will be required once completed.

The warranty is based strictly on factory faults and Ciello Baby will not be held liable for any negligence.

Our warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Wear and tear
  • Installation damage or negligence.
  • Improper maintenance
  • Worn or damaged wheels, brakes and frames.
  • Modifications to the frame or any other part of the device.
  • Rust or water damage

Invoices are REQUIRED to be attached along with the defected product when returning.


Ciello Baby accepts and will refund product based on the following conditions:

  • Unsafe or defective goods.
  • Some goods are as ordered but is delivered mixed with other goods not ordered, and the consumer accepts delivery of the ordered goods, but rejects the goods not ordered or rejects all the delivered goods.
  • Goods which the consumer did not have an opportunity to examine before delivery and where the consumer has now rejected delivery. Valid reasons for rejection of delivery are: The type and quality of the goods are not as reasonably contemplated in theagreement ; or The goods differ in a material respect or characteristic from the sample or product description (based on what an ordinary alert consumer would be entitled to expect)

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. You could choose between a repair, exchange or your money back where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you or do not perform as intended. Please retain your receipt as
proof of purchase.

“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong colour, items that don’t look the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

All refunds are to be refunded within 10 days of purchase date, at the consumers expense ; according to the above conditions, in the products original packaging, unused and undamaged. Ciello Baby has the right to decline a refund for any reason which does not comply with the above.

If you wish to return your product, this can be done within 7 days provided that it has not been used, returned in the same packaging and is in a resalable condition.

The cost to return the item to our warehouse is borne by the client.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days once we have received the item and it has met the above criteria.


Ciello Baby is unable to deny every expired coupon or promotional transaction. Therefore, should we receive an order that’s been discounted and used in conjunction with the expired coupon code or promotion, we have the right to request the balance to be paid or the order will be subject to cancellation.
